About the job

VersaForge grows businesses across the US, UK and Canada, and every one of those growth stories is built on data. The Business Analyst is the person who turns that data into direction - translating client ambitions into concrete requirements, and turning raw performance numbers into insights the whole team can act on.

You will sit at the intersection of clients, strategy and delivery. On one side, you listen to what a client actually wants to achieve and shape it into clear, actionable requirements our specialists can execute against. On the other, you dig into SEO, traffic, conversion and revenue data to find where the real opportunities are - which keywords are worth chasing, where a funnel is leaking, which market or service line has the most upside, and how to prove the value we deliver.

A typical week might involve pulling GA4 and Search Console data for a client review, building a dashboard that makes a complex performance story obvious at a glance, scoping the requirements for a new website or campaign, and presenting a clear recommendation to both the internal team and the client. You will spot patterns others miss, quantify opportunities that were only hunches, and give the agency the evidence it needs to make confident decisions.

This role suits someone who is genuinely comfortable on both sides of the divide: rigorous and precise with data, but also able to sit in a conversation and explain what the numbers mean in plain language a non-technical client trusts. You should enjoy the detective work of analysis and the craft of communicating it clearly.

As you grow, your analysis will increasingly shape not just individual client strategies but how the agency itself decides where to invest. This is a role with a clear path toward senior strategy, consulting or analytics leadership.
